Central Birmingham Cricket Academy is a family-run business that has been a cornerstone of the cricketing community since its humble beginnings in 2010. It all started when Altaf, a passionate cricket enthusiast, set up the academy to provide his son with a dedicated place to train and improve his skills. What began as a small, personal endeavor quickly transformed into a thriving business as other parents and cricketers discovered the excellent facilities and supportive environment.
In its early days, the academy featured just two cricket lanes, catering to a close-knit group of aspiring players. Over the years, thanks to Altaf's vision and the academy's growing popularity, it has expanded significantly. By 2024, the facility boasts four high-quality cricket lanes and two state-of-the-art bowling machines, providing players with the tools and space to refine their techniques and elevate their game.
